I think this is the same William, and if it is, he was renting a room from me and I have not heard from him since Sept 29th. He worked at the Naval yard in Philadelphia. If it is the same man, I am so sorry to hear this. He was a nice man, and was very sweet to my dogs when I went away on vacation. - MaryAnn
