She was an avid crocheter and enjoyed other fiber crafts. She also enjoyed playing dominoes and cards. She holds Camp Horizons in South Windham close to her heart for their loving care of her special needs sons.  As a two-time cancer survivor, she was part of Relay for Life and other charitable cancer organizations.  Kathryn is survived by a daughter, Judith Dyer of Windham, CT, a son, James Dyer of Coventry, CT, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister Jean Potter, and her brothers Clayton, Elmer, Henry, and Harold Bartley. And her son Ralph Dyer.  Kathryn’s family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday January 14, 2018 from 2-4pm at Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson Street (Route 195), Willimantic CT.
